I like GGG and think Canelo is protected with matchmaking and decisions. McCallum beats both without any problems. Of course a Canelo gift decision wouldn't be surprising. GGG would be a harder fight but GGG isn't knocking out Mike who hits deceptively hard and is very skilled. He has valid claims saying was ducked / avoided by Hearns, Hagler, Duran and Leonard. Why do you think he was avoided? Lights out Toney called him the best boxer he fought, remembering he fought RJJ.

For me GGG was borderline shot in both Canelo fights, idk what happened but even in the Jacobs fight he looked very slow and has only looked slowed since then. GGG is special but he is not rated highly enough as his biggest fights happened 2-3 years past his prime

Yes it's a shame he couldn't secure the big names and so many were deathly afraid of him when he was in his prime and it's also a terrible shame he was robbed of a huge part of his legacy when he was past it too.

That's exactly it. He's lost the fluidity he had at his best. His speed has dropped off and when a fighter's speed drops off you know they have a problem.
