Further correction, Tyson had issues with guys who can do all that + either match his speed, and/or had good footwork. Just having a good jab or being able to fight inside isn't enough.

 

As for the fight, Tyson by KO when ever he connects with something big which would likely happen quite early.

 

If Haye can move he has a chance.. nevertheless I'd bet on Tyson.
