George gets way too much respect from you folks.
Comes in face first, wide open, slow, lack of stamina, and can't take a punch that well. Jimmy Young had him out and Ali knocked him senseless.
I think modern Wlad would wipe the floor with him.
Tyson would have caught him by the 5th round

George too big too strong. I think the fight would look a lot like the Frazier fights. George was too big, too strong, his chin was granite and his defense very underrated. Plus, I believe the stories about Mike's trainer telling Mike to stay away from George.

    "Down goes Tyson!
    Down goes Tyson!"

George was much bigger than Tyson. Just under 6'4" at 230 compared to 5'10" at 215. Foreman wasn't afraid of anyone. He wasn't as fast as Tyson but he definitely hit harder. Tyson went toe to toe with everyone. With Foreman that would have been a fatal error. If Tyson couldn't intimidate someone he freaked out, which is what happened in the Holyfield 2 fight.

Foreman only lost to guys he couldn't catch, like Jimmy Young or Ali. All the big boys that went toe to toe with him paid the price.

    Foreman by KO. No doubt.

Tyson was 10 years past his prime when he fought Holyfield, he no longer had the skill set that enabled him to unify the division during the 80's

pick em really. it would end before round 5.

people say too big too strong but Tyson tore apart men bigger than him with every fight, so I cant see that as a valid excuse, so its either way.

I have always thought about this fight. Honestly speaking it is easier to say Foreman wins especially after watching the Frazier fight and i won't dispute the assessment that Foreman wins.

But Tyson can also win this providing he fights a smart fight. Tyson imo will have to do a lot of counter punching, if he can get his punches in after making George make the first move (remember george was inaccurate and sloppy) and if Mike does his legendary fast bobbing and weaving in his prime, it won't look pretty for George.
