Absolutely right, a lot of boxers tried in K1 and you can see how shocked they are after the first low kicks they get. And with pain in the leg it is more difficult to move at all, when the leg gets even paralyzed from too many kicks then it is almost over.
This doesn't mean a boxer would have no chance, but he would need to train for years to be able to compete in K1. Mike Bernado was a boxer and a good K1 fighter, he was also K1 champion.
Mike Tyson without years of training would knock some people out, even very good Kickboxers, but he would also lose to some lesser competition. If he started with kickboxing at a young age then he would have had a very good chance of becoming the K1 champ.

Boxing and streetfighting are 2 totallyt different worlds. Boxing has rules, you can also jab and clinch (the technique normally used to contain shorter aggressive fighters).

That **** wont work in a street.

Look what happened to Holyfield in the rematch, Tyson bit his ****ing ear off. If that was a street fight...Tyson would have killed Holyfield.

Remember Tyson used to be a bullied child, turned pyscho, those kinds of people will do ANYTHING when backed into a corner, plus Tyson is a former Brooklyn bad boy, street thug as well, he can more than handle himself. Hes also a notoriously fast starter in the ring, in the street it only takes a few seconds.
Ive had plenty of street fights, when i was younger (before i boxed and kickboxed) yes my fights were lots of wrestling etc, as soon as i learnt how to punch, there was no wrestling.

Id rather face Tyson in the ring than on the street.
