Tyson said he wouldn’t stand a chance vs prime Holmes, regularly says the same of anyone before or after him…he surprisingly has regularly shown humility and respect in that regard…

Why are the Bruno comparisons lazy and dumb?

I don't think AJ looks anything like Bruno, but they do have similar flaws - both pile on muscle to the extent that it compromises flexibility and stabilty. Both also have/had long, pulverizing jabs, and both looked great against lesser opponents. Similar, slow robotic styles.

What would you say are the main differences?

Joshua is bigger, busier and has a better tank, but Bruno was more capable with the jab which could work well till his tank ran down or he ate one - the Lewis fight the prime example. Chins the jury is out. Bruno had an unreliable chin which is why he took four attempts at a championship belt. I'd probably say Joshua has the better chin but the opposition has not been as good, except WK, as what Bruno faced in championship fights. Witherspoon, Tyson, Lewis are all better than Parker. I'd rate McCall on par with Parker, maybe.

Tyson is generally overrated, but he's kryponite to robotic fighters. He wins this mid-rounds KO.

Tyson would make Joshua regret taking up boxing.

Joshua has shown multiple times that he doesn't like being rushed. Mike will just have too much speed in his hands and legs, not to mention his defence. Joshua will throw 1-2 punches while Mike will land 12-15 punches. Big difference. Complete mismatch.

At least Whyte is a step up from Julius Francis and Lou Savarese.

Prime Tyson destroys Joshua in four rounds tops: far too much athleticism, slipping ability, lateral movement, handspeed, shot leverage, combination punching and pinpoint accuracy than Joshua would ever know how to handle -- not fogetting, of course, that Tyson was one of the best finishers in Heavyweight history. The hype train would be well and truly derailed in front of the watching world.

The 5ft 10 Mike Tyson would beat the crap out of Joshua. Very easy fight and the poll results so far are justified. I think the aggressive style of Tyson would be too much for Joshua to handle. Joshua stiff ass would have looked lost in that ring against someone that quick and explosive. Tyson had an excellent defense and a good chin. Joshua looks like a body builder who is scared to explode on opponents because he knows his gas tank will empty quick and all of a sudden he is in deep trouble. I just can't see how Joshua wins lol

If a great fighter got Tyson post prison, he'd be in it.
But only Vitali, prime Lewis, prime Ali, and Foreman are even odds to beat 86-88 Tyson
