If AJ can beat Wlad , which he did , he can beat Mike Tyson as well.
I think it would be a lot easier for Anthony Joshua to beat Mike Tyson than it was to beat a 41 year old Wlad.

You aren't very subtle with the hate towards Joshua, right?.

Joshua is better than Bruno, throws way more shots and has a better tank, recovery and chin. Bruno would never have got out of that 6th round and even if he had he'd have been spent by round 11 and in no shape to win.

Props to you sir for responding with an although sarcastic but good counter point. My counter point to your point is all those guys were crafty skilled vets with stamina who survived 12 rounds with Mike. There is no way Joshua could maintain the pace he`d need to beat a peak Tyson and none of those guys did either with the exception of Douglass who beat a past prime Mike. By past prime i mean mentally. Tyson had checked out by the time that fight happened and was even dropped by a sparring partner a couple days before the fight.

I don't know if Joshua could handle the power of Iron Mike, that type of power was wicked.

The higher the weight, the less weight difference matters.

Are you telling me that Haye giving up 100lb to Valuev and winning was the greatest victory in the history of all Boxiana? Was that a miracle that proves the existence of god?

Pre prison Tyson knocks out Joshua inside 6 rounds, post prison? not the same fighter, not even close.
No legs, much worse stamina, much too hittable, no desire.
Even a shot tyson has the chin to hang in with Joshua for atleast 6 rounds even if he isnt landing anything substantial.
Todays HW division is very exciting but mke no mistake these Guys dont have the boxing Skills of the 70s-90s HWs, just look at the tapes of some of the best of that time and i think anyone with a boxing brain can tell you those guys were much more skilled fighters p4p.
Mike tyson can overcome a size disadvantage as good as anyone.

Joshua might be too big and strong at being 250 lbs, but Tyson is faster and has better stamina + chin. Joshua doesn't have the movement and Tyson will outbox Joshua. I take Tyson by UD.

Tyson's lack of stature would present Joshua with a style he's not trained or built to deal with, and Mike's lateral movement would give him the platform to exploit this against a pretty static target. His power would likely take care of the rest...

These guys all had similar weight and reach to AJ: Bruno (2), Ruddock (2) and Bonecrusher. Tyson easily beat those guys, even knocking Bruno out despite Bruno having hell of a chin, this was Mike after prison. Worst case scenario, Tyson wins a UD. But AJ isn't as good as Razor Ruddock or Bonecrusher. I even think he's not as good as Frank Bruno, but that's debatable. I think Tyson gets him out of there within a few rounds.

I think Mike's speed would have gotten him inside to take him out.

    Nonsense.

It's all about movement and timing.
