And listen to Mills Lane, a REAL referee, ... "I'm going to disqualify you for holding... fight it out!". :good

Wlad has virtually no chance against Tyson. It's a horrible style clash for him and I'd be surprised if he were to last more than three rounds. I think Wlad would match up well with a lot of heavies from the past and Tyson tends to get overated in head to head matches. But in this case Tyson rolls right over and through Wlad.

My guess is Tyson would probably win on points. A knockout could happen with either guy, but I think Tyson would overcome a tough 5 rounds and be behind by a round on all cards but he would win a majority of the later rounds. and win by scores of 115-113, 116-113 and 116-112.

Wow, I really think you're giving Wlad way too much credit here. I can't see him lasting past three rounds unless Tyson was deathly sick. Wlad would freeze and panic at the thought of a rushing Tyson. This one seems quite easy to pick-Tyson by brutal and early k.o.

Absolutely. The Klit-ites are so blind they actuallyt think Wlad would go more than a few against a prime Tyson.

    Beyond comical. :rofl

Im guessing your just trying to be funny, Wlad got bounced around the ring by alot less of fighter in Sam Peter, a prime Tyson was whole nother animal. I honestly cant see Wlad getting past the 1st round, let alone 12 rounds, the guys chin is very weak and he has proven time and time again, that when pressured, he almost always crumbles, against Tyson it would be no different.

    Indeed

Anyone who ever watched prime Tyson knows this wouldn't go 2 rounds, and that's being kind to glass WALD.

Yep, he crumbles under pressure against guys that aren't even effective pressure fighters. As a pressure fighter how effective was prime Tyson? I'd say he's the best pressure fighter ever at HW. Bad news for WALD.

Exactly, off the top of my head, Tyson has 43 out 50 wins coming by knockout, 86% KO ratio, his killer instinct is the best I ever seen out of any Heavyweight champ of the last 50 years. Tyson is Wlad's worst nightmare, the staredown alone would put him into a panic attack, let alone the fight itself.

I think only the biggest of Klit nuthuggers can pick Wlad over Tyson, ****, I would give the Tyson of now a chance of laying out glass chinned Wlad in the first round.

Prime Tyson is the worst nightmare of 99% of heavyweights, but WALD especially due to his frailties :D

You talk of the staredown but funnily enough I remember prime Tyson as someone who never engaged in that kind of ****, in fact he used to look at the floor mostly during the refs instructions, he was like a caged animal who couldn't wait to get to the real action. It was only post-Douglas that Tyson really engaged in **** talking and stare-downs as I remember it but I may be wrong.

I think your right for the most part, but I do kind of remember Tyson giving a couple great staredowns, against Spinks and a few others, either way Tyson would scare Wlad before the fight even started. As for the fight, Tyson would come out with his legendary head movement, throwing crisp hooks, and really targeting Wlads midsection, while also looking for his signature left hook to land on Wlad's glass chin. Wlad would try and tie up Tyson, which may work for the first couple times, but after a few clinches Tyson will step to the side and unleah and uppercut catching Wlad in the throat, Wlads legs buckle and Tyson would then look to finish him off, Wlad would go down and try to get back up, but his legs will give out on him once he's up forcing the ref to wave it off.

Tyson KO 2. They start out and Tyson jumps right at Klitschko throwing huge left hooks and uppercuts. Klitschko tries to paw ineffectively at Tyson's lead hand until he realizes shortly thereafter that Tyson doesn't "have" a lead hand given his peek-a-boo style of defense. Klitschko gets on his bicycle and tries to keep Tyson away from him by leaning his head back and keeping his left arm extended, palm open, in some sort of stiff-arm style 'jab'. The only problem is that Tyson has the leaping left hook down to a science, and catches Klitschko with it as he steps straight back with his chin high. Klitschko goes down hard on his ass with a minute left. Klitschko manages to get up by 7. Tyson is already prowling in the neutral corner waiting for the opportunity to jump on him again. The referee asks Klitschko if he's okay. Klitschko nods and the ref starts the action again. Tyson rushes across the ring with more devastating hooks, though Klitschko manages to tie him up. This continues several more times, until Tyson bobs under a jab designed to keep him away more than inflict damage. Tyson unleashes a left hook to the body followed by an uppercut that catches Klitschko square on the jaw. Klitschko staggers back against the ropes before falling to the canvas once again. This time he manages to shakily help himself up with the ropes by 8. The referee asks again if he's okay. Klitschko gives the head nod. The ref signals them to start, before the bell rings to sound the end of the first. Klitschko ambles back to his corner with swelling already starting by his right eye.

Tyson is barely breathing heavily as he stands up for the start of the second round. Klitschko looks like he was just hit by a freight train. The bell rings for the start of the second, and Tyson blazes across the ring at the huge Ukranian once again. This time a flurry of punches has Klitschko covering up and backed up against the ropes. Two solid body shots land in rapid succession with violent 'thuds' of leather on flesh, followed by a huge overhand right that all but takes Klitschko's head off. Klitschko goes down just as a devastating left hook whistles past over his head. This time he doesn't get back up. Tyson smiles as he turns to the crowd and shrugs his shoulders, holding his gloves out in front of him through the ropes. After the count, Tyson steps quickly across the ring to help Klitschko to his stool. Prime Tyson destroys prime Klitschko at :24 of the second round.
