    floyd beats prime mosley imo.

mosley might have terrific handspeed but his footwork is ordinary.

mosley is a 'what could have been fighter' for me if he had the footwork too.

you got to be kidding !!! todays shane is slow , now that he become slow he has no defense what so ever ..
Mosley never had defense to begin with , he used he speed ,strength and power to over come opponents ..
in his current state right now Floyd would give shane the business in a major way...

at 135 id give shane more then a chance of beating floyd but now PALEASE !!!! shane would be better off fighting Oscar.

Mosley's defense is very open and Mayweather takes full advantage of this as Mosley himself will miss far too often and get tagged very cleanly like Forrest and Winky Wright did to him. Mayweather is the better shot picker, far far superior defense, better footwork. Speed is on similar levels, Mosley has the quicker hand speed, but Mayweather has the quicker reactions with hands and slipping. Mayweather is the fitter fighter. Mosley is stronger and hits harder but he often gives that away. Having said all that Mosley would push Mayweather

IMPORTANT POINT - Mosley comes into the ring at 160lbs at 135, what would this down to his stamina down the stretch? He never fought anyone of note at 135 and wasn't pushed, he gets pushed here. Mayweather may even stop him if the draining hurts Mosley late

He was actually quite a bit weaker toward the end of his reign when he had troubles making the weight, which is why he moved up to a much more suitable division in WW, where he regained his strength and speed that had dropped off toward the latter end of his LW run.

PBF's style beats Mosley's. Mosley would have trouble with PBF's movement, defense and counter-punching while PBF would have no trouble finding and landing on Shane. PBF by UD.:deal

yeah make since , I alway thought of Mosley as margarito type fighter at 135 only with better punching technique and hand speed.

It would amaze me how much stronger he was 135 compared to everyone else at 135 now I know why .. thanks

i think Shane would beat Floyd convincingly. Possibly knock him out.

He was a very good fighter, but I don't see what justification there is for this statement. Who did he beat at the weight? One good fighter (Holiday), no very good/great ones, and a succession of old guys and poor fighters.

PBF's win over JLC at 135 is better than anyone on Mosley's resume at 135.:deal

Mosley. He was unreal at 135. I'm going with the KO also.

As good as PBF was, Mosley was way too strong at that weight for PBF to deal with, especially since Shane was so damn fast, too.
