I think this is a really difficult one, because it depends on how Ali copes with Holmes's jab. It probably gives Ali loads of trouble, but I can see Ali adapting and starting to time it with his straight right.

I see a close points win for Ali, with each fighter having good spells. A very nip and tuck affair.
