    I think at 154 lbs Williams wins. At 147 lbs its a toss up, but maybe Oscars speed would be just enough to take a close Decision.

    oscar wins. paul williams hasnt face a fighter dead on his prime. i don't consider margarito.

    Williams would present Hoya with all sorts of problems. Oscar isn't comfortable fighting lefties. If you add in Williams' size, speed, toughness, and workrate, you can see how it would be a tough night for Hoya.

    i was never that impessed with oscar at 154...oscar was at his best at 147 and 140.
