The Oscar that beat Trinidad, Quartey and had the both controversial losses to Mosley, against the Pacquiao who beat Marquez(supposedly), Margarito and Mosley. 147 12 rounds, MGM who you got?

Pac still, the weapon of choice against a southpaw is the right hand. Name me one time DLH hurt anyone with his right hand.

    Pac by UD.

This isn't a gaunt weight drained De La Hoya. This is a De La Hoya in his prime. Based on Pacquiao's oppoents from 135 and up, I have serious doubts that he'd take this fight. De La Hoya would win by ko before the 9th round.

I don't think Pac would even make the move to 147, maybe 140 but not 147 with the type of opposition at welter at that time.

A younger Hoya with better movement, speed and able to throw combinations would be a tougher fight for Pacquiao but stylistically Pac would still confuse him a bit I think. I'll give DLH the edge due to his size but you never know.
