If Castillo showed the way to beat Floyd, why couldn't he do it again in the rematch ??

Because Floyd had a better gameplan in the rematch. He also wasn't injured. Even then, it was still a close fight (the rematch)

Floyd possibly could have underestimated him a bit the first time as well, even though Castillo had just beaten P4P'er Johnston.

You mean that punch that Oscar ate and kept firing his combo's as if nothing hit him?
Prime oscar fukin murders floyd. It took Floyd Oscar gassing out to finally take the edge in the fight. Old man, 10 years past prime oscar was beating prime floyd at the 7th to 8th round point until his gas tank ran low.
Oscar was a lot slower, lost his pop in his punches but still gave Floyd hell. Had oscar taken 2 more rounds the fight would've been a draw.
But ya, prime Oscar, the fukin monster he was, wouldn't have easily beat Floyd.

Fuk off with that bs. Mosley and Oscar are 2 men that would've destroyed Floyd in their primes..

Mayweather beats a prime Mosley any day of the week. Mosley is perfect stylistic matchup for Mayweather

WHy are people making it seem like a bow out?? I got Oscar but it's close... Oscar was too big.... and could jab plus the left hook.... kinda how i feel if Floyd went to 160 to face Martinez... Floyd has the skills.. but size and speed in an opponent is lethal

Castillo is THE best lightweight in the last 10 years. There is no shame in fighting tough and winning against that guy. He was basically Chavez' protege but he was outshone byt Barrera/Morales at the lower weights because they were undefeated.

The only guy he didn't beat was Freitas, and that was because Freitas shat himself at the thought of signing that contract

Slow, completely washed up Mosley almost KO'd him in two rounds. If prime mosley landed that same shot, Floyd wouldn't have survived.

Mayweather would beat a prime Trinidad, very comfortably. Floyd fighting off the back foot, pot shoting and moving would leave Trinidad chasing shadows.

That's one of the most beautiful, explosive left hooks I ever saw. I saw this fight live too, well on TV.
