I think De La Hoya edges a decision.

It would probably look a lot like their actual fight, but Oscar woujld control it more with his jab, and maybe rock Floyd a couple times with that left hook.

Let me put it like this....Oscar and Mosley met in their primes at 147lbs....And Shane won EASILY. Now Floyd is just as fast, if not FASTER, has more VARIETY of skill (Better "in-fighting", can win rounds fighting backwards...AND FAR BETTER DEFENSE)...Floyd would not have gotten hit as much as Shane did.

In fact...Lets put on our "Thinking Caps" for a second. In their recent fight (PBF/Oscar) they met in OSCAR'S "COMFORT ZONE". How many fights did Oscar have at 154lbs? SIX, including one fight at 160lbs (THE GIFT VS STURM). How many times had Floyd fought ABOVE 147LBS...wait for it...wait for it...NONE!!!

And I am still trying to understand how that fight was a SPLIT DECISION...OSCAR LANDED NOTHING. I landed more Power shots than Oscar did that night...and I was in my LIVING ROOM.

DLH would win this, and quite easily. Frankly, PBF has never been that good at 147 and is seriously vulnerable.

mayweather schools any version of oscar at any weight..there shouldn't have been any doubts when he toyed with the bigger oscar at 154 which oscar was the top guy was at that weight class during that time.

and don't give me the SD bull****, anyone who watched that fight knew who the winner was and boxing fans from around the globe were given one of the best masterful performances from mayweather during his prime:deal:good

Oscer was a big puncher and punches in bunches in his prime...good footwork and not flatfooted. DLH by decision.

    LOL!!!

NO-ONE...Absolutely NO-ONE was able to land a GLOVE on Floyd throughout his career for an entire fight...Hell, even half a fight. People keep talking about Judah and Corley landing a good shot...So think about that for a minute.

Throughout Floyd career...40 fights...Two fighters landed two good shots...That in-itself should tell you how good his defense is. Some say Castillo won the first fight with Floyd. If so....How??? He didn't dominate Floyd. Castillo won his rounds on Pressure and Aggression. Not Clean touches or legit Power shots...Because Floyds Defense is STELLAR!!!

At 130, 135, 140, 147 and the one fight with Oscar at 154lbs...NO-ONE has ever dominated Floyd in the ring. In fact (if there are any "real fight fans") what Floyd did at 130lbs is beyond impressive...HE CLEANED OUT AN ENTIRE DIVISION!!! Including 9 Title Defenses and (as the under-dog) A COMPLETE SHUT-OUT of an Undefeated Diego Corrales.

There are a few fighters that people love to try and "discredit" as not being "worthy or Top fighters" on someone's (Floyd's) resume...Like Corrales, Genaro Hernandez, Gatti, Boldomir...etc.

So, now lets take a look at the Oscar's list.

So if Oscar's hand-speed, foot-work, Defense:rofl and Power was so EVIDENT throughout his prime...Explain a few things to me...Hell if you can, explain to yourself too:

The Same "PRIME" Oscar that needed Last Round heroics to win a SD over the most ONE-DIMENSIONAL FIGHTER IN HISTORY IKE QUARTEY?

The same "PRIME" Oscar that got WHIPPED for 12 Rounds and got a Gift-decision against Felix Sturm?

The Same "PRIME" Oscar who couldn't LAY A GLOVE on and OLD-ASS, PAST HIS PRIME, AGING Pernell Whitaker.

Now everyone thinks that this same "PRIME" Oscar would DESTROY Floyd Mayweather for an entire 12 Rounds....When that ULTRAQUICK, DEFENSIVE TECHNICIAN FELIX STURM:rofl had his way with Oscar.

When that Multi-Dimensional:rofl Ike Quartey was "neck n' neck" with that same "PRIME" Oscar going into Round 12.

This "PRIME" Oscar is the fighter that will win a UD or a KO over A PRIME, MASTER DEFENSIVE TECHNICIAN FLOYD JR.

WOW...I always thought the Autobiography of Redd Foxx was the FUNNIEST thing I ever read....But the post in this Thread....F***ING HILARIOUS!!!!
