Canelo is actually quite a bit smaller than Marg.

Shorter in height and reach. Plus doesn't hit anywhere near as hard.

Canelo indeed isn't great, he's a pretty good, solid fighter. Lots of "good" fighters out there. Nothing special, but he is indeed a lot bigger than Manny, and I don't really know how much Manny has left at this point. I hope I am wrong but I have this gut feeling that he's really going to show his age in April, going from "past prime" to "shot" or damn near it.

 

Highly doubt that Pacqauio with all respect would do anything serious to Canelo. Canelo has quite good defence, doesn't have very powerful punch, but for Pacqauio it would be enough.

The same game plan that Roach and Pac used on Oscar DLH would be the smartest way to go about fighting Canelo. Pot shot and turn him in the early rounds. Then in the later rounds when Canelo starts to slow down Pac can throw combos.

They look like cousins easily. Both guys have block shaped heads. Their fighting styles are similar at times. Like a father would teach his son in the gyms. How lovely.

Baldomir wanted to give a gift to his son so he sparred a few rounds with Canelo and then took a dive after getting hit with a right hand. That added to the Canelo Huge Power legend and myth.
