I'd favour Pac. Spence being a southpaw himself doesn't have the counter straight right that JMM or Mayweather had. He'd get beaten to the punch and swarmed, that high guard defence he often uses wouldn't help him much against Pac's combinations, he needs to create space and move which is doesn't really do.
