That fight took all of his confidence. I think it's part way through the Martinez fight in the corner that Pavlik is getting down on himself and his corner has to convince him he has a chance, it was weird. Anyway I would favor pre-Hopkins Pavlik over Charlo for now as we just haven't seen that much of Charlo at middle

I can see Charlo putting his best foot forward defensively to avoid Pavlik's best power punches. I dont see Pavlik being able to make that same effort so I believe Charlo would get to Pavlik first.

This. This is one hundred percent correct and there's no other answer. Pavlik's right hand would land so hard that when he hit Jermall, Jermell would fall over. And then so would Jermall.

In fact, the beating would be so bad that Charlo would change his moniker from Lion's only to "Meow".

Both Charlo brothers have good chins. Pavlik could be out boxed and his punch wouldn't save him against Jermall. Jermall UD.

Dont forget Taylor caught Pav first. I dont think he survives Charlos best shots like he did Taylor.

Taylor was much, much quicker though. The only reason he got there first of his hand-speed. Hand-speed neither Charlo has. If Charlo tried to engage with Pavlik, he'd have quickly found that out.

Charlo is just starting to get better, let's wait a few more years than you can judge

o_O You clearly didn't get what I saw saying... It was a joke...at least Pimp got it.
In a few more years, both Charlo's will be at the point where they will be slowing down a tad.

That's a good point about Taylor being quicker. But that may have been to his detriment since he tired late in fights and against punchers ; didn't end well. Abraham, Pavlik, and Froch . in the rematch he fought a different fight . He took a more measured approach and came up short. He did not get ko'd so we can't assume every time Pavlik hits someone they are going to go. Charlo is clearly stronger than Taylor and probably stronger than Pavlik . Unlike Pavlik ; Charlo at 170 wouldn't be slow and plodding at all , he would easily carry that weight . I believe he is the bigger and stronger guy with better balance than either Taylor or Pavlik and I LOVED Pavlik.
