yeah but montiel can definitely test donaire's beard. i am pump-up for this fight.

as for donaire-penalosa, bula could be right. penalosa has some problem with movers and he could lose a decision, maybe another close one to the current donaire but penalosa has the power and the skills to match donaire. he is also quite fast on his feet. this would be a very technical fight.

I know Donaire has a pretty solid chin but he has been stunned before and Montiels left hook can put down some solid guys. ACtually i will say it. No one in the division can take a flush Montiel left hook. Actually even at super bantamweight.

 

It will be close in the first half but eventually Donaire's height and range will be too much for Penalosa. Donaire UD.

 

As much as I like Gerry, I think Donaire just has enough of a reach advantage to really keep Gerry frustrated and at the end of a long jab. With that said, Gerry can really spoil Donaire's offense if he can make him miss. I think that and Gerry could also be a vicious body counterpuncher if he so chooses and really test Donaire to the body.

Donaire takes this.I love elmer Fudd ( penalosa) but i think he is too robotic and slow.

 

^Gerry was pretty fast when he was in fly / super fly. He's not robotic at all, he is a fluid fighter when he is in the zone. The only problem with his style is he gets into a defensive shell against rangier fighters

This fight should've happened, actually. Penalosa could've still made 115 but instead he went to 122 and got dominated by JuanMa. I don't know why Filipino boxers are too patriotic to fight each other.

 

Viloria/Donaire should of happened years ago or atleast right after Viloria won against Ulises Solis but Pacquiao had all Filipinos united to take on the world and not each other. Such a shame Viloria would of whooped Nontio too. :deal
