Indeed it is. Whyte, Byrd, Chagaev, Hughie, Takam, Perez, Huck and Duhaupas compared to Martin and Jennings.
Not even sure why this question keeps coming up every now and then. Povetkin far better and more accomplished amateur and pro, far better resume, fought way more punchers with a far better chin, and Povetkin was actually older, officially that is, than Ortiz albeit not by much when he lost to AJ than Ortiz was when he lost to The Dosser the first time. Povetkin had turned 39 just under three weeks earlier and Ortiz was a couple of weeks shy of his 39th birthday. Povetkin was only beaten once in his prime, by Wlad who cheated like crazy, and all his seven of his amateur defeats were avenged. And all his three losses as a pro came at the hands of much heavier and naturally bigger opponents. vs Wlad Povetkin 225¾ - Wlad 241¾ Povetkin 6'2'' - Wlad 6'6'' Povetkin 75'' reach - Wlad 81'' vs AJ Povetkin 222 - AJ 245¼ Povetkin 6'2'' - AJ 6'6'' Povetkin 75'' reach - AJ 82'' reach Whyte was a lot heavier with a much longer reach too Here's Alexander Pov stopping Ortiz on the outscored rule in the ams. He also drops him too This content is protected
Sasha wrecks Kong prime for prime. One man has the pedigree and the other doesn't...who's Kong's best win as a Pro?
I agree but what's Jennings best fight? Going the distance with a jaded Vlad? Szpilka is probably his next best and after that it's cab drivers....and hairdressers.. Either way the resume's are wafer thin like Wilder another with shared opponents.
