IMO a hamed that would train hard would win, a lazy hamed (one that doesn't train hard) would lose.

As much as I like Naz, I think JMM's style would be too much for Naz's. Though, I could be wrong.

no he never, and i'm someone who is a huge marquez fan, he got dropped four times in two fights against pacquiao, and he was dropped by a past peak barrera.

naz hits twice as hard as pacquiao, naz is quite possibly the most devestating bantamweight/featherweight puncher of all time. he knocked world champions out in less than a minute. he KO'd guys that went tweleve rounds with the likes of barrera and morrales in their prime.

you say naz's bull**** style, the guy was a ****ing genious, at super bantamweight he had it all, when he went to featherweight he was still a great fighter but at super bantamweight he was the finished article, he had it all. he ****ed up against barrera, but that was barrera was too smart, barrera was too smart for morrales, he fooled him into thinking the third fight was going to be a war. marquez is not the same guy, he is more mexican, he wants to fight, and if he stood toe-toe against naz then he would get KTFO.

I've been watching marquez for years, i am a huge fan, i think he beat pacquiao twice, and if he fought a prime morrales then i think he takes it.

naz's resume is what will haunt him, he fought champions, but not known names, i know he turned a fight with maruqez down a number of times before barrera was even mentioned, and looking back stylistically he would have been better off taking a fight with marquez than barrera.

not to take anything away from manny he is a great in his own right, but i think if anyone sees vids of hamed's ko victims compared to manny's at 122 or 126, most of hamed's ko's were one punch ko's when he decides to put a guy away the guy rarely would get up and in some cases needed a stretcher. there is no doubt manny would outbox and beat hamed to the punch, but hamed was a warrior who could only be beat for 12 rounds, as flawed defensively as he was, he was too strong and determined. jmm in his younger days did lose to a prime southpaw in freddy norwood, who had the power and boxing skills that would of easily matched pacquiao's back then, but for some mysterious reason fell into a downward spiral or maybe had a hard time recovering from his controversial loss to gainer. at most, i can see hamed dropping jmm, but jmm outboxing hamed badly the same way mab did, with maybe a late stoppage or unanimous decision for jmm.

Simple as it sounds, this poster might be correct.

when we are talking about 'primes' are we talking about the JMM of right now vs the Hamed who fought 20 buckingham palace guards?

I don't understand the exact definition of 'prime'.

Respectfully disagree Hoya. Don't think he beats Morales.

JMM would win by a wide margin if not KO. With Hamed's unbalanced stance and fighting style, JMM would be scoring knockdowns off counter shots all night. Hamed would get light up.
