    I'm a big Haye fan, but for me Mercer is just all wrong for him and would stop him late.

    Mercer got outboxed by an ancient Holmes but gave Lennox and Holyfield a tough fight, it's a tough one to call. I would put money on Haye holding Mercer off for 12 rounds and wins a UD.

    Prime Mercer was a BEAST. Haye holds himself well til getting KTFO late. Probably would be a great fight too.

    Agreed, i can see the styles making it a great heavyweight fight. It's a shame that so many people blindly hate Haye, as he is - Valuev aside - generally in good fights and would have been a must see fighter in most eras of heavyweight boxing, even if he wouldn't have been an actual champion.
