    Just watched the fight?

Your assessment is neither here nor there. One of the reasons Tackam lost was because he could no longer maintain his jab due to the bulk on his arms and shoulders.
Thats a result of not being able to carry the weight well.

Before he slowed down, Povetkin was swinging at thin air and getting tagged repeatadely on the outside.
When Tackam began dropping his arms he then got through and knocked him out.

Look at IB's rbr thread. Most people had Povekin down 5- nothing.

Sounds like you just watched the high light reel.

All true. But knock outs cause amnesia. Before that great KO , Tackam made it a very hard night and people leave that part out.
He was made work a lot harder against Povetkin.

Perez mentally shut down after he received the head butt and just sat on his chest.

But Povetkin did turn the fight in his favour with good pressure.
The point is Mercer didn't tire or slow down and a few clean shots wouldn't put him on the floor.
He was in there to the final bell and you can't say that about Povetkin who looked exhausted vs Huck and Tackam.

Getting schooled by fat holmes, although he still had the jab. Doesnt do any favours for your resume.
