I'd say Razor takes him out around 4-7, I think Razor would hurt him throughout the fight with big power punches and eventually they would take there toll. Chisora would walk right into Razor's smash which is pretty much suicide.

Ruddock would stop him inside 6 rounds. Chisora isn't the biggest puncher and would walk right into Ruddock's smash with his bobbing style.

Razor is massively overrated by some people.

Chisora wins by UD or Late stoppage.

Ruddock was not as good as he was hyped to be prior to the Lewis loss but he has the style to beat Chisora. Haye just like Ruddock had a low work rate, questionable chin and a massive punch. But Chisora just like in the Haye fight can only fight one way and that's slug with the far bigger puncher.

If Chisora can somehow avoid the smash or somehow withstand it like Tyson did then he can win on activity alone but that's a very big if. If Chisora was a bigger one punch hitter I'd give him a better chance but he simply doesn't have the power of a Tyson, Lewis, Morrison or even Mercer and do what they did to Ruddock.
