I don't give a toss what you think I've seen **** for brains. I saw enough in 1973 against Bugner to know that Ruddock could quite easily destroy Joe Frazier in a couple of rounds. Bugner had neither the nous, or the instinct to follow up and try to finish Joe on the occasions he stopped him dead in his tracks. Plus Bugner was by no means a big puncher. As for him being untroubled before Ali, don't be a fvcking idiot all your life. Take a day off. Bonavena dropped him twice in the 2nd round of their first fight, and a guy called Mike Bruce dropped him in the 1st round of their fight prior to that. Again neither of those guys punched anything like as hard or fast as Ruddock. You are fvcking clueless. Fraziers idea of defence was to swear at the other guy if they missed him. It doesn't matter what he reads, he was too fvcking useless to get out of the way of shots coming his way. Try asking your pea sized brain exactly why he ended up hospitalised each time he fought Ali, even when he won, and how Foreman bounced him around like a jack in the box, twice. You might find it was due to Fraziers hit me three times and I'll hit you once philosophy didn't work against them like it did with the lesser fighters he fought. I believe that Ruddock had the size, strength, plus speed and power of punch, to do the same. What you think about it is worthless to me.
Getting dropped once or twice before Ali doesn't mean he was taking a beating, Ali was the first man to give Frazier serious punishment, not surprising since he's one of the greatest heavyweights of all time, there first fight took a hell of a lot out of him. Only a dumbass like you can't realise that Frazier fought two of the best heavyweights ever in Ali and Foreman, it's not surprising that he got hurt in those fights! Ruddock couldn't carry Ali's or Foremans jockstrap, he had a panic attack facing David Jaco!! Yes he did have assets to beat Frazier but so did Butterbean! Only dipshits like you think Frazier was a head first fighter when infact he was much, much more!
Neither could Frazier :yep No, he wans't. At the core of his game, Frazier was an incredibly one-dimensional fighter. He knew one thing and one thing only, but he was effective at that against weaker level opponents. Essentially he was one-trick pony of plodding forward head-first with his amateurish crossed-arm defense.
Amateurish cross-armed defense ?? Wow, you are brilliant !! You know of course that the crossarmed defense was put into play by the Ole Mongoose... A little more education for you, that would be Archie Moore, have you ever heard of him ? That `amateur` used that while having well over 200 fights, winning the 175 title at 39 (because they all kept ducking him for years. Then holding it for 10 yrs, until they stripped him of his title for not fighting Harold Johnson who he had already beat more than once. So the `amateurish `cross-arm defense actually came form one of the TRUE ATG greats...
More brilliant commentary form the resident genius. Yep, Ali (who never got stopped til Homes) gets KO`d by Ruddock... You really know your boxing Eloy...
I've just worked it out!!! Elroy is Razor Ruddock's alias. Nothing else can explain his love of Ruddock a bona fide ATG who ruled the heavyweight division for years NOT. Come on Elroy give it up confess to it!!
I wonder if Elroy's ass ever gets jealous of his mouth because of all the **** that comes out of it. Well, not really talking, but you get my point.
Well have you considered getting your vision checked? Your struggling analyzing boxing, more specifically boxers. It may help you see things a little more clearly.
