what happens here? how and why?could be a possible good fight as layne had some impresive wins over some top notchers same as bowe.
if bowe has one hand tied behind his back and he is only allowed to throw jabs while sitting on his stool then rex may have a chance and win by a split decision:yep:think
Layne actually is a live underdog here. He's durable and strong enough to pressure Bowe, and he can upset great fighters when they didn't show up at their best. Bowe rarely showed up at his best. Layne walked through Satterfield's best shots, guy deserves the benefit of the doubt.
rex did pretty good in his era and i will say it again there is not one boxer from the 50s era that would beat bowe:yep:think
the fighters of this era are a lot bigger faster and stronger and when you put these factors with the training methods it gives me a lot of confidence in saying that older era fighters will have a tough time with the fighters of the newer era in saying that i think if marciano would beef up to 210 and he was able to carry that weight around good and still maintain the leverage in his punches with his power then we can make a case in who wins and why:yep:think
do you think a 189 pound marciano is going to beat a lewis holyfield tyson foreman bowe wlad vitali holmes ali :yep:think
Hot damn, you are really shaking the status quo! I can't remember the last time a single poster made an impact such as this. Your radical ideas are changing things...forever, there is no going back now! We are in the "mister age" of thinking, anything goes now brother.
And on the first day, Mister said, "LET THERE BE KNOWLEDGE!" And infinity flooded from there in. "MARICANO WEIGHED 185 LBS!" BOOOOM! CRASH! MOUNTAINS COME DOWN! "THE 50S SUCKED!" BOOOM! CRASH! THE OCEANS ARE ON FIRE!
you mean the headcase fatty heavyweights of our era that can't punch worth a damn? I agree :roflatsch
