Prime Richardo Mayorga Vs Antonio Magerito who wins

well it prolly had more to do with mayorga fighting another one of king's stable (spinx) than anything else. And that descision was terrible and i have no doubt king corrupted that fight. those were knockdowns plain and simple.

 

Simple answer: Any fight fans that tune in. :good

Is there such a thing as a prime Mayorga? I thought he was a chronically B level fighter throughout and was only a question of when....when he did got exposed.

 

Definitely Margo UD, or late round stoppage. Mayorga is one of the few boxers who actually have more of a wild style than Margarito. Margarito's punches come from all different angles, but there usually tight, and crisp. Mayorga was a wild swinging toughman like fighter with great power.
Margarito would pressure him, lean up against him. That would take away Mayorga's crazy haymakers first off...and if Mayorga were to swing wild I'm sure Tony would fire off a great combination and catch him.
I don't see how Mayorga would beat him. He can't knock tony out, and Tony outworks him, and outpressures him. I honestly think Cotto did better than Mayorga would do, and Mayorga definitely has the better chin.
