Prime Riddick Bowe Vs Current Anthony Joshua

Such a hilarious thread looking back Bowe would've taken that man's lunch money, he wouldn't duck anthony joshua there's just no way. Stiff as dry dog crap, jab has no extention or pop for someone his size. aj is not built for war, bowe is. That's the nail in the coffin

 

I don't think there's any time in Joshua's career where Bowe doesn't beat him. And yeah, I know he "avoided punchers".

AJ just wasn't that good. If you hit him hard enough, he went down. Bowe hit real hard. He also had an Elite jab.

I see both in their primes going the distance, with perhaps both tasting canvas.

Bowe would win based on his jab and at least equal punching power.

Just my opinion.

 

Sad thing is Joshua arguable had the better career, definitely made more money and had a far longer reign on the top, but yeah Joshua in my opinion hasn't proved he's a great heavyweight, definitely not an ATG. Bowe at his best was simply better, which just again shows what a waste of talent Bowe was.
