Both are punching bags with low level defensive skills. Bowe's inside fighting is incredible despite his height. He was swarmer imo. Foreman was a slow slugger with sh*t stamina. Bowe by TKO.

Bowes defense was his chin & that wouldnt work so well against Foreman.

Also, Bowe gets incredibly overrated for his wins over Holyfield, the same Holyfield who went face 1st versus Bowe but avoided a full frontal assault vs and old fat Foreman.

I think this would be a brutal fight. Bowe's record is pretty sparse of huge punchers (Hide and ???). and Foreman was adverse of fighting guys like Bowe in his second career unless there was a title shot on the line. But Bowe liked to make things a war and Foreman would oblige him. I really think an accumulation of punishment could stop Foreman as long as Bowe can take the incoming fire. It would of been an exciting fight

Tough one. I love George but this is a tough, tough fight for him. Bowe is a more advanced fighter and bigger. Hits hard too. I think George hits harder and might have the better chin. Both are very strong mentally and have heart.

I lean Bowe but he gets hit a lot and I think George is more durable so who knows.

Yea Foreman landing on you is generally a bad idea, but Bowe could dish it out as well. Its not inconceivable to see either guy winning.

I tend to mostly agree but I honestly think it could go either way Bowe has a bigger tool box but I'm not sure he can take George landing on his chin with regualrity.

The people who beat George in his second career like Holly and Morrison had a stick and move strategy and Bowe only fought 1 big puncher in Hide.

So I'd edge with George in this one but really it's a coin toss for me.

Bowe vs Golota is not prime Bowe, but...
Bowe '92 vs Foreman '73; Foreman wins.

If Golota coud land over 50% no way Foreman wouldn't... Bowe is overrated badly on these forums.

Golota was a very talented fighter with great physical attributes who could easily be a world champion in the 90s crowded division if it weren't for absolutely garbage mentality. That, and Bowe was kinda past it when he fought Andrew. Prime Bowe wouldn't get outclassed this badly.

ah yes the mythical prime Bowe that looked good against a short Holyfield and that is about it... Someone he should would of had an easier time with if he could fight on the outside worth a damn.
