Ahem. Bowe was powerless against Coetzer. He had to resort to nut shots to win. What a fraud Bowe was.
yeh this actually backs up my argument, when people cant stop someone they resort to underhand tact. what a nutjob u r. kliturd self destructs once again.
Is that why Bowe's face looked like a bowl of cocoa puffs, like he'd been jumped by the Hells Angels after he took a leak on one of their hawgs? Also, the word that you are reaching for (and not finding) is "tomatoes".
I think it could be an extremely good fight.. A lot of how Bowe does would depend greatly on his devotion to training before the fight and weather or not Eddie Futch was present. Both men were durable and both were big heavyweights who could punch.. Vitali's strait jab and slight size advantage would give Bowe problems.. But Bowe's tremendous inside fighting game, power and sturdiness would enable him to land some hard shots inside that other fighters weren't able to produce against Klit. I'm leaning towards Klitschko for a decision win, but I say that with no real conviction.
He's flopped too many times to count. Coetzer career is full of journeyman, the best he beat was likely a blown up cruiserweight in Johnny Du Plooy. The after beating 8 more journeyman team Bowe gave him a shot. BS Alphabet politics. Meanwhile, team Bowe never fought Morrison, Lewis, Foreman, Moorer, McCall, Bruno, Tyson and many others. Even a lesser title pick by Vitali like Gomez or Arreloa was much better than Coetzer. Coetzer was slow, and really not top ten material. He was not ranked by ring magazine annual rating before this fight or after. In fact, he was never annually ranked! A cherry picked title defense and " Wilder type " of opponent. Bowe in his prime did not look great here either.
Alas, I actually quite liked Coetzer although being South African I probably rated him way higher than I should have. He was a game guy who was always in shape, with a good chin and a fairly attractive style to boot. Unfortunately he was also a featherfist and one of the most hittable heavies I have seen. It's like that big chin of his was magnetized to attract punches. Maybe he got paid extra for every jab he ate? Bowe didn't look great here, no. If Coetzer had any sort of punch he would have had Bowe in serious trouble, and even with all the much hyped power that Bowe was reputed to have, he had to resort to nut shots to weaken Coetzer for the kill. I freely admit that I lol'ed when Golota mistook Bowe's trunks for the bonus ball in a pinball machine. Karma is sweet.
Another flop. Thats a list of top quality operators Bowe never got to fight , some through no fault of his own.. Team Vitali would not fight Rahman or Bermane Stiverne. Dropped a belt twice to avoid those fighters. Then Look at the following list of ordinary level guys Vitali never fought. Povetkin , Chambers , Old Tua , Chagaev , Valeuv , Ruiz , Qquendo . He wouldn't even avenge his loss to Chris Byrd. Greats take immediate rematches. Its embarrassing Vitali never wanted Byrd again , that move crushes any argument for any weak claim to greatness he may have. Vitali never came close to greatness. Bowe is one of the very few in history that has 2 wins against a prime , peak ATG. Vitali wasn't even good enough to beat an ATG at the end of his career. Thats like Rocky losing to Louis , Tyson losing to Larry Holmes. He failed the ATG test horribly which means he was never and will never be anywhere near a great HW. A flop again. Gomez and Arreola were title defences for Vitali. Bowe beat top ranked contender Coetzer BEFORE he was a champ. "A cherry picked title defense" lol . you just don't have a clue do you. All you see is Klitschko. Enveloped in the type of fangasam you would normally see in teenage girls. Are you a teenage girl? Bowe put on impressive boxing display vs Coatzer. Its a shame an accidental low blow has tainted his performance. Coatzer would be one of Vitalis best wins. He had workrate , movement , stamina , chin and guts that nobody Vitali beat had. Vitali's opponents wouldn't cut it as journeymen during the 90's.
so many times that you've not listed one... if you count non flops like that one in my last post, then perhaps I have in your eyes, flopped many times. Lets not get too involved in your skewed view of life though. so I'm proud to make so many non-flops that you personally class as flops.
