Im sure he was shaking in his shoes after just lifting the undisputed championship from Holyfield.

It's all in the eye of the beholder...Wlad was fighting for his career and was seen as the underdog by most while Peter was hailed as a KO machine going into the fight. Wlad was knocked down twice by illegal rabbit punches, didn't even complain to the ref, got up and got back to pummeling Peter. Some people read so much into Wlad's facial expressions and talk about panic attacks, clearly not understanding what happens neurologically in a real panic attack. If Bowe eats anywhere near as many punches from Wlad as Peter did in that fight, he would be out of there in 5 - 6 rounds.

Besides, we are mathcing up the BEST versions of both fighters. The best version of Wlad is the current one, not the one who fought Peter. Otherwise, let's match that version of Wlad againt the Bowe who fought Golota...

Well like I said before lets see what happens when he faces a young strong fighter that will bring a similar style to the fight. We cant be sure this is the best Wlad. Im not so sure the Bowe that fought Golota would even lose to Wlad, he still brought a style that put a lot of pressure on Golota and landed a lot of shots, which caused Golota to foul out of the fight.
Golota reacted differently but ulitmately the same as Wlad when he was forced into a rough fight.

Dude, Golota was winning easily. The fact that Bowe landed some punches didn't force Golota to go crazy, it was his complete absence of mental sanity.

Golota dominated with his jab, Wlad's jab is longer, faster and harder than Golota's.

Watch the fights again. When Bowe didnt fold and kept fighting back Golota resorted to low blows. Bowe was a corpse in those fights, but he was still giving it all he could, I didnt say anything about Bowe winning.

My main counter argument is that you are comparing Wladimir Klitschko to a man whom after being KTFO by Bowe was TKOed by Tim Witherspoon, TKOed by Ross Purrity (yes I know he beat Wlad but no one in their right mind can compare that Wlad to today's version), TKOed in the 1st by Michael Grant, lost an MD to Paea Wolfgramm, TKOed by Cliff Couser, TKOed by Joe Mesi, and TKOed by Derek Bryant.

Did you see the damage that Bowe did to Gonzalez. It has to go on record as one of the worst beatings ever. After talking so much smack Gonzalez out of pride took a horrendous beating. Up until that point he had beaten the same caliber of no namers he lost to after the Bowe fight. Bowe scarred that man for life, and Im shocked he ever fought again.

Gonzalez up until that point was undefeated and fought the usual suspects of a pro making his way up. He was signed to an exclusive multimillion dollar deal with the MGM Grand to only fight there. With his amatuer pedigree they thought he would be something special. Suprise!
Being that a good portion of boxing is mental, I believe the beating he took at the hands of Bowe pretty much ended his career, and any fighter who got beat down like that would have suffered the same fate. Bowe knew Gonzalez couldnt fight, and as soon as the bell rang he took it to him.

Come on bro, I watched the Peter/Wlad fight at least 30 times, you can't tell me Wlad didn't look like a complete nervous wreck? Anytime Peter started throwing bombs Wlad was backing up with his arms out looking to clinch, something he did 97 times during that fight.

As far as the rabbit punches go, Wlad invited them with the illegal tactics of his own. Wlad turned his back to avoid Peters onslaught, as well as excessively clinching him. You remember what happend when Holyfield turned his back to Bowe, he got punched on the back of the head on his way down to the canvas. Bowe was never warned and the knock down counted, samething Peter did to Wlad. When a fighter turns his back to his oppenent, he's still fair game, it's up to the ref to step in and warn the guy not to do that and ask if him if he still wants to continue.

This is actually a hard fight to call. It would depend on whether or not Wlad could keep Bowe on the outside. If he could he likely would win ugly as he normally does, using the jab and the right hand to score up points and make Bowe tenative of his power. However, if Bowe could get inside, it would a bit like the Peter's fight, where Wlad would be completely lost, and if Bowe could get inside on a somewhat regular basis, he'd likely get a TKO somewhere along the line.

If forced to bet on which of these two outcomes would likely materialize I'd lean towards Wlad getting a KO somewhere in the mid to late rounds as Bowe tries to get inside and eats an overhand right which hurts him enough for Wlad to follow up with a left hook and he finishes up with combos.

You can't say Vlad and elite. Vlad not elite. He's the elite of the worst hw division since the 1950.s.
