Widdow, you get a lot of **** on here but you keep your ****ing story straight and I respect that. Wlad gets so much **** on ESB, which is completely unwarranted and unfair. Foreman was very limited himself, yet he gets a free pass on ESB. Lennox simply was not the jabber-boxer that Wladimir is nor as powerful yet he is quite venerated.

No one's saying that Wlad is a top 10 ATG, but give the man his ****ing dues. He's an extremely effective and dominant champion with tremendous weapons. YES, he's limited... but so were champs before him.

 

Not so limited they lost to Sanders and Purrity caliber fighters. This is the biggest reason why most people think he is so overrated, or missing a key component that most ATG had, the ability to fight.

Im not a hater, just a realist. Wladmir Klitschko has no ability to fight. He can box with the best of heavyweights of all time, but he cant fight with the most mediocre of journeymen. Thats all well and good if you can put it in the right perspective and as long as Wlad steers clear of brawlers he will continue to win. Until he gets in the ring and is put in a situation where boxing goes out the window and he comes through in a dominating fashion, Im not going to call him an all time great. He may be an all time great boxer, but it takes more to gain the status of a Holyfield Lewis or Tyson, and Wlad isnt even close.

 

You are crazy, Wlad would be lucky to see the 1st min out against prime Bowe.

Bowe would go after him straight from the bell and he has the height to get to him, he is far and away better than any opponent Wlad has EVER!! fought.

Today's Wlad would've won against Bowe - no doubt, and Vitali would've eaten him for lunch in his prime. Today's Vitali against prime Bowe would be a little closer, but that's all.

 

What makes you say that? Neither brother has faced anyone half as good as prime Holyfield. Both have fallen under tough fights multiple times.

 

Based on styles Bowe probably beats WALD but he would have a hell of a time with VITLAI. He got the everliving **** beat out of him by Golota on two occasions and while Golota was more fluid and more of a combo puncher than VITLAI his defense and mental toughness were always ****, his chin mediocre and his punching power average

 

Holyfield is irrelevant to the discussion because the way he matched up against Bowe is totally different to how the Klitschkos would

Golota is the only relevant opponent when doing a "what if" match with Bowe against a skilled big guy, because Golota is the only decent big guy he ever fought and Bowe got an old fashioned ass whipping both times
