Yup ESB poll is obviously the best and most reliable source for potential outcome of a fight. Check this out: http://www.boxingforum24.com/showthread.php?t=514249 Most of the other stuff you typed was rubbish also, but I don't really have the time to argue with someone who does not have a clue...
I always give sensible opinions, when discussing him as a fighter. He was a great fighter. What do you think would have happened?
I don't get your point.. Well over half on that poll had Kovalev as the winner, and he won.. Surely you can come up with a better example.
bailey disagrees with you. ergo, he is disputing your opinion that calzaghe is a great fighter. witness the agonisingly funny caltard self destruction.
If you have issues with reading comprehension, I would not be the person to be able to help you with that. Ask your teacher for some lessons.
yeah so right u r back on ignore in 5 seconds wher u belong, Desiree Washington. just enough time for me to witness the caltard self destruction in that post.
Yes, please put me on your ignore, though I doubt you will with the way you follow me around, even sadly mentioning me to others. But yes, if you have me on ignore, it would be favourable for me not to have your irrelevance interupting good boxing debates :good
Most people thought Kovalev would stop Hopkins... So the old man was able to hang on by the skin of his teeth.. After watching the fight a Kovalev stoppage was not a horrible prediction, as it almost happened. Like I said, poor example.
oh thought so, it was you replying to me after being told u r on ignore. why are you bothering to reply when u were on ignore, fool. stop being fool replying to me asking to be ignored when u r already on it. that's circular fool reasoning. back on ignore.
"Kov out pointing Roy, is the least likely of all scenarios. The poll reflects that. There's no way Roy would have been out pointed. If he'd have lost, it would be due to getting caught." This was his argument, the poll for hopkins fight didn't have much support for kovalev decision victory either, like this one does not have. It is perfectly the best expertise analysis on Kovalev against slick fighter and how ESB "experts" think the outcome will be. And then some clueless bases his argument on ESB poll result. Good times
It's been interesting me all week. There was a thread, but I don't know where it is. As ever in a fantasy fight, there's lots of assumptions to make. We've got to assume that Joe would have taken the fight, he was injury free, he'd had a great camp, he was at his peak, and he fought to his full capabilities. Which means it wouldn't have been the versions of Joe that fought his last two fights at LHW. I've said this many times, Joe could have moved to LHW whenever he'd have wanted. He's 6ft, with a 73' reach, and his natural walking around weight was between 192-196 pounds. So you can pick a version of Joe where you think he was at his best, and then envisage that version healthy at LHW. Joe had lot's of attributes, and his southpaw stance, fast hands and work rate would have caused lot's of problems IMHO. But the main question is, would it have stopped Kov coming forward? Because I think Roy had the power to have gained Kov's respect. I think Roy's speed and power would have made him hesitant to have kept coming forward. Now Joe didn't have that power, but if he'd have been at his peak, with healthy hands, he certainly would have had respectable power. But would it have been enough to deter him? Roy had the power advantage over Joe, but Joe threw more punches and had better work rate. So my thinking is that both Roy and Joe would have caused him trouble. But would Joe's hand speed and work rate have been enough to have made Kov keep his distance? Or would Kov have had no respect for Joe's power, and just kept calm and walked him down? I think it's interesting. I think Roy would have beaten him on points. But I can't give an exact opinion on Joe. It's a tough one. What do you think?
It's a boxing forum. He's come to mind, because he had great speed and skills, and you've posted on here and are also a big fan. Like I say, I've been thinking of it this week, and seeing you post, has reminded me. So being a fan, will you share your opinion? Could you give a breakdown? I'm genuinely interested, as long as you post your honest opinion. I want to ask Serge also.
