Prime Roberto Duran vs Prime Aaron Pryor

Duran based on his superior boxing skills and slippery defense. Better power as well.

Late round TKO.

Pryor was great in his own right but bad style matchup for him.

 

both legit ambidextrious. i don't pine for this fight because i know just how it would have went down.. WAR AND MORE. hagler-hearns redux (but would have lasted longer)

 

Pryor was an offensive beast like Duran but he was much more sloppy with it. Duran is the far slicker offensively and defensively. Duran was the better of the two on the inside and outside. Duran could adjust and has the edge in IQ, strength, power and beard. There's just no way Pryor could out will Duran as tough as he was himself. Duran was a 15 round beast. This is an epic match up that would no doubt create fireworks untill Duran slows down Pryor mid rounds and eventually stops him late.
