I would lean toward Tyson early, but if Rocky is still standing and landing after round four, all bets are off!

Those who stood up to Tyson, and were either to take him bombs, or land their own after being hit tended to make Tyson's shrink.

Tyson was the type who used fear/intimidation to his advantage, but when it didn't; work, he lost his psychological foundation for boxing.

Rocky is not going to quit, and if needed could be just as dirty as Tyson.

^ Reasonable post. I felt that Tyson's accuracy was way off in his post prison years, and that Marciano was not nearly as easy to hit as people make him out to be. If Mike can land the big bombs, he can get Rocky out of there. Even in his diminished form he'd probably be the biggest puncher Marciano faced. I think that he'd land, but not clean, and that the traffic would not be only one way.

this is a lie, intimidation didnt work lots of times, expecially in vierw of the people who he was trying to pressure were much bigger than him! thats all the way to the top, but he still unified and became undisputed in ATG style.

Would be a brawling, clinching, dirty low blow, hitting after the bell affair for the first 3 or 4rounds. Rocky would suffer the most in the early rounds. Would probably be staggered and hurt a few times. Can see him been dropped a couple of times. He would be in the eye of the tornado! As it moves in to the middle round s rocky starts to hit home and tyson slowed real down. Round about the seventh rocky hurts tyson and suddenly rocks on him like a rash pouring the punches on.. Tyson goes down, gets back up at 8 but the ref seen enough.. That's how it's going.

For my money this was the last point in Tyson’s career, where he was toppling genuinely world class opponents.

Perhaps the last point where it might actually have been worth matching him against Lewis.

Even so, I think that Marciano would have been too much for him at this stage.

Intimidation for Tyson worked. Spinks was scared to death. Tubbs, waiting to fall. Seldon...it looked like a dive. Bruno had confidence issues.

Tucker wasn't afraid and doing fine before he hurt his hand early.

However, when the opponent has either the skills or durability and stood up to Tyson, Tyson folded.

Tyson never got up to win a match...ever.

Tyson did become unified champion, on his own merit, and because he was with Don King. King kept Tyson clear of Witherpsoon.

tyson wiped spinks out fair and square, tubbs was never a major challenger and was expected to go early, seldon likewise.

And saying "bruno had confidence issues" means those issues applied to ALL his fights, not just tysons. SO thats a failed point, since it stands for all brunos opponents. internal vs external.

you are just saying that to belittle a man who did more than the K bros combined when he was barely out of high school.

undisputed, and don king had nothing to do with it, witherspoon lost to smith who thenf aced tyson instead. another dozi lie.

Tyson's career has to be one of those oddest to rate all time, he was so successful but yet so disappointing. It makes it so difficult to gauge how he would compare to fighters from other era's.

Marciano is overrated IMO, not his ability to box, not his work ethic, not his heart but his Ora is overrated. With that being said, Marciano is still the superior fighter compared to 2000 Mike Tyson. Tyson lost too much by that time and was just an unpredictable mess.

Tyson had trouble with Botha. Botha isn't anywhere near Marciano's level. Botha was gatekeeper status in his prime

Of course Tysons intimidation worked. If not on his opponents than for himself.

Terrible fight. Those noobs don't know how to conserve stamina.

Man I miss that game, I was so good at it.
They completely dropped the ball by abandoning the series.
