Could 1952 Marciano beat 1965 George Chuvalo or would Chuvalo be too strong?

Chuvalo would be a hard fight for Marciano.

A rough, hard fight but Rocky wins on his superior hitting power. Probably goes the limit with no knockdowns.

Rocky isn't flooring Chuvalo. I'm sure of that.

But Frazier was able to bully him despite being smaller and lighter, I think Rocky wins in a similar fashion.

The Rock gets a decision over him, in a lot tougher fight than expected.

Frazier never ever did "bully" Chuvalo. Chuvalo to me looked the bigger stronger man , simply the stamina and work rate of Joe was Superhuman, btw, Marciano was 20 pounds smaller than Frazier,he would look very small next to the big boned Chuvalo

Overwhelming someone with workrate and stamina is the same as bullying imo.

    Tomato, tomato.

14 lbs between Charles Marciano and Chuvalo Frazier. Not that huge of a difference to me.

Frazier was quite a bit quicker than Rocky,he was also 20lbs heavier,in an inside mauling slug that weight is significant .Frazier was giving George 12lbs Rocky would be conceding 27lbs,thats a lot of weight for a swarmer to give away, especially against a guy as strong and durable as Chuvalo.I pick Rocky but he would have a tough nights work in front of him and it would go the distance.

Marciano in his prime weighed 185 and Frazier 206. Sometimes Frazier was a little above 206 and Rocky a little above 185, but ALWAYS 20 pounds of difference so stop your crap of manipulating and cherry picking

I picked Charles fights for Marciano, because he was at his peak then and compared it to Frazier's weight against Chuvalo. How do I cherry pick and manipulate here? Frazier wasn't 206 lbs against Chuvalo.

    True, but Chuvalo lost to:

    Howard King - 187 lbs
    Pat McMurty - 189 lb
    Zora Folley - 200 lbs
    Floyd Patterson - 197 lbs
    Eduardo Corletti - 191 lbs
    Jimmy Ellis - 191 lbs

You don't need to be big to beat Chuvalo.
