Jones could not stop for a second and cannot be hit at all. George should employ the hitting the arms tactic of Canelo and just hit anything. The power might shock Roy into losing his gameplan a little.
Jones needs to fight a perfect fight. It's 100% winnable for him if he does this. However, if he screws up and gets hit flush...
Well at this point in time, George is very much at the end of his career, still dangerous, but if Roy can move in and out fast, avoid getting tagged by too many bombs, then he gets a decision. But Roy s chin could let him down seriously.
A guy like Crawford Grimsley who wasn't durable, went the distance with Foreman at this stage in his career. Foreman had also not stopped anyone since 1994 against Moorer, I think Jones can pull off a UD. If glass cannon Morrison can do it who isn't a natural boxer then Jones can aswell.
Jones can win but he'd have to use his footwork a lot like Morrison did and basically avoid all power shots and flurries
Foreman moved like a snail in 1998. No way he cuts Roy off and gets him on the ropes. Roy clowns him.
roy would win by u.d. but, all it would take would be one punch. and, this is boxing, and eventually, roy would be hit.
If by being smarter and not making the same mistake as Moorer you mean never-in-a-million-years taking the fight, I agree.
