You have just shown that your analytical and observation skills are obsolete and non existent. You would have to see a difference Post Bonecrusher if you examined his fights @ all....Likewise Tyson post Spinks, if you watch.....This makes your post even more laughable....at least elroy is eloquent!
I do think Ruddock could win, don't get me wrong. He has a very good chance at his best. I was just thinking that at the time I posted, it was pretty much consensus that Ruddock would win which seemed a bit unfair to Tommy, who did actually beat him. In short, I was trying to balance things out a little.
Oh yes...that stoppage. I can't really argue with it, but it was just as well for Tommy that the fight did end there. He wasn't known for good stamina, and he had thrown everything at Ruddock to get him out of there. It would not be out of the question to speculate that an exhausted Morrison may have come a cropper himself in the next round.
It would depend on who lands cleanly first and if its Ruddock if he can put together enough punches to finish Morrison. Morrison was a better fighter power is roughly equal with chin to Ruddock. He could drop Morrison just like he did but as Morrison showed he has the power to put his lights out with 1 shot, in their fight the real difference was Morrison got up and had the better skills to outbox Razor and set his hook up. I like both fighters and could see a Ruddock stoppage but Ruddock refused to outbox fighters it seemed when he discovered his power so a decision is not in any vision for him. Yeah many can argue Ruddock was shot and their is no doubt his motivation to train and be motivated had slipped but power s the last to go and as I stated Morrison caught it and got back up.
So when was Ruddocks prime? 1986, when he was knocked out by someone named David Jaco?? 1990- When he KO'D Dokes who was well past his prime? 1991- When he was Tyson's personal punching bag? 1992- When Lennox blasted him out with one punch inside of 4 minutes? Morrison's prime was probably around 92, even thou he was only 23 he still would have kicked Ruddocks ass, he was faster, a better boxer, more athletic, and was more durable, he had the harder left hook too in my opinion..
