How do you think these guys face Prime Soviet Rocky?

    Teofimo Lopez
    Devin Haney
    Tank Davis
    Shakur Stevenson

Gives a good account of himself but he was too limited to beat any of them in my opinion.

It probably depends when they fight him.
People approached him differently once they knew how dangerous he was.
In that case, he might lose to all on points while they run around defensively, though davis might still be range too much to escape the bombs.

BUT if they come in unaware, thinking they can be aggressive, they could easily get a nasty surprise and get KO'd.

And if they want to have a war with him for ego sake, they might all lose too. Bradley basically got brain damage from that fight and could have been stopped with a different ref.

Even if they try to box him safe, he might still land and win, since Algieri got caught early and was lucky to get out of that.

Provodnikov is on a similar level to pitbull, just a bit bigger. He could probably walk through tank.

I give him a slim chance of beating Stevenson if he can manage to corner him and apply enough pressure/score a knockdown. Wouldn't bet on it tho. Really all 4 of these guys should be able to box his head off so long as they don't walk into something big/get caught off guard.

Better matchups would be: Cruz, Romero, Garcia, etc. They're closer to his level.

It’s funny how nostalgia works, cause I can very well see him beating Tank and Stevenson. Teo and Devin’s size would cause Ruslan problems.

Probably knocks everyone of them down at least twice but ends up losing.

He loses to all 4 of them. By an extremely wide decision to Shakur. Let's be honest. He was outboxed by John Molina. I don't know of anyone at the world stage that Molina outboxed. Outmanned yeah, outboxed no. Every single higher level guy he fought he lost to, so even imagining him beating one of those 4 is kinda silly to me.

The only one he has a chance against is Teofimo Lopez, and only because of how Lopez occasionally comes in with an idiotic gameplan.

He has a chance against all of them especially Haney whose chin is a bit on the suspect side.

The problem with Provodnikov though was he never seemed to do quite enough, for large periods in the Algieri and Bradley fights he just followed them around the ring without punching. It was so frustrating to watch considering he had them hurt numerous times and they were very winnable fights for him.

Realistically based on his prior form he probably loses to all the fighters above, but he could potentially spring an upset somewhere and I think he would give a good account of himself against most of the fighters above.

He's got a puncher's chance in all of them.

And like many people said... if they come prepared, most of them will outbox him. If they try to slug with him, they're in for a rude awakening.

I think the guy Provodnikov would have the most success with is Davis. Provo has a similar style to Cruz and Cruz troubled Davis quite a bit. Haney's chin may fail him, but he definitely has the ability to outbox Provodnikov.

Yeah i agree, Teo is the most undisciplined of the lot, however if he comes in like he did v Josh then Ruslan has no chance. He also has a chance v Haney, i think Tank and Shakur would both beat him easily.
