Not this fat tub we see now but the human tank who fought Wlad or maybe from a few fights earlier.

What would the outcome be vs Haye?

First time I've heard the phrase "Prime Sam Peter". Congrats on that, mate.

Haye would beat him down over 6-8 rounds. Not somthing to boast over though.

Current Sam Peter will KO Haye :!:
Too hard a puncher, too much pressure, too good a chin.
And too young for Haye, he's not 36+

I'd give Haye a fair chance here. Hard to pinpoint where Peter's prime was unless you are talking about the Maskaev era.

Peter took power punches from Wlad and didn't go down, how would Haye KO that version?

I see Haye winning rounds, but the version that fought Wlad was relentless and Haye is there to be hit. Peter by 11th round TKO.

If Peter would really get in shape he could still be a major factor in the division. He still needs to drop about ten to fifteen ponds from where he was when he fought Wladimir.

Peter was pretty tough at one point, the hungry sam peter that faught wlad or maskaev would give haye nightmares (pardon the pun) as haye wouldnt easily hurt the good chinned sam and would be taking some pretty big shots as peter puts a lot of pressure on. If he could get to wlad, he'd be able to get to haye

Peter is prime now.He would probably KO Haye.Haye will have chances on pionts but i doubt that he will be able to avoid Peters big shots. One shot Haye is over

Sam Peter had no prime. We are all worse off for being forced to watch this guy fight a few times.

Here is an edit suggestion "Sam Peter vs. David Haye if rabbit punches were legal"

See Peter vs Jeremy Williams. That's what would happen, as Haye is about on the Jeremy Williams level.
