Does anybody know if Harrison actually stands any chance of realistically getting this license back? Are the board likely to give it back? I'm unsure on how these matters have been dealt with in the past and what sort of stance they take with a character who has changed his ways.

I believe its purely a paperwork issue, he supplies it he gets reinstated. Think he has it now, but has to wait to they have a meeting
