Yes and you are aware of the tile of the thread aren't you,Prime Sergio Martinez vs Mayweather and Pacquiao at 154

Just because you hadn't heard of him doesn't mean he's not worth anything, 2 years ago no one had heard of GGG.
And the moment he dropped his guard he got KTFO, something Geale GGG's best win couldn't accomplish in a war, and yes he walked in on him and still lost every round
Your very naïve, or illogical, if you think that fighters don't carry their knockouts around with them the rest of their careers ask Angulo about that.
Cintron was KO'd with body shots, Sergio KO'd him with a head shot which hadn't happened yet.
Chavez is also someone who is not given enough credit by you or many others
Sergio ducked GGG because he couldn't hardly walk for the last 2 years of his career you shithead. And you know that.

Pac at his prime would have beaten Martinez at 150 and probably at 154 thought I'm not so sure because he never fought at 154

Floyd vs Martinez at 154 would be an interesting style match up but I'd say that Floyd would adjust and take advantage of Martinez's poor defense

It's hard for me to answer your question without sitting down with you and explaining the 10 point must system to you, and what scoring blows are in boxing. But you seem to have missed all the jabs and right hands Murray landed, including the knockdown. So maybe just a pair of glasses would solve your problem.

You, on the other hand, are hopeless, and really need to take up another sport, like women's tennis for example. Then you can make threads somewhere about how Margaret Court Smith was the "Aussie Amazon Warrior Princess of Perth", or some other nonsense.

I've been watching this sport since I was a child, I can't even remember when I saw my first match, because it was always on in my household I'm 34, so that means I've been watching boxing for at least 6 years longer than you've been alive, the first 3 or 4 years I'm discounting since I was a baby and don't remember.
You are an immature petty **** who gets on their prissy little high horse anytime someone says something about one of your favorite guys, you take this **** way too seriously.

I'm no genius but the fact that you seem to miss so much of my sarcasm, miss many of my cues, my obvious passive aggressive tendencies on this forum, and don't get the infantile humor of some of my threads tells me that maybe you should look into figuring out if you have some sort of learning disability or have stunted social development, because your very dopey.

As far as the Martinez Murray fight goes maybe you should learn how to judge, Lederman who doesn't take it easy on Sergio had it for Martinez as well. Murray lost the majority of the rounds because he was so inactive. You don't win based on 2 or 3 great rounds you had, if that's the case Bradley would have lost to Provodnikov.
So maybe you should find another sport to follow because its apparent you have no idea how to judge a fight.

Cintron marked the end of Maravilla's prime, or just past. His true prime was frittered away largely during his time in Spain.

    I'd call it 2002-2008.

He was green when he fought Margarito, but matured not long after that into the fighter he would be a decade later...and by his first taste of world championship success he was already slowing down, but still able to squeeze out a few more years competing at the upper tier because of his base of conditioning and having not taken much punishment in his career between the late start and his relatively light opposition except for Margarito.

His best wins in that period came over Williams x2, Stone, Bunema, Roman, and Shark Attack. Not terrific stuff in terms of quality but they're decent enough that we can look at how dominant he was against them and get an idea how good he was.

Well, in his case, he wasn't just whistling Dixie.

Martinez only became a middleweight at the very end of his career (even if that accounted for more than half of his time in the spotlight) - people forget that. He was never a natural 160lber. That he even became champ at MW is pretty impressive, given both his age when he did it and his size.
