This could be true, but Shane didn't want no part of Mayweather then, which is why this fight wasn't made earlier. I think it would of been a great on if it happened.

In 99 Lil Floyd wanted a catchweight of 138... In 06 I'm sure everyone knows that Mosley can't steal Oscars fight when it's already being planned... Good old *****s always good for a laugh..

When talking about Calzaghe Jones people use this as 100% logic but when talking about SSM-PBF it's rubbish when Jones and SSM were equally as shot. Let's face it Calzaghe's wins over Jones and B-Hop atleast = PBF's over ODLH/SSM. But a bunch of ***gots on here who've never boxed will disagree.

Mayweather was always a greater fighter than Floyd. Mosley was a much better offensive fighter, but Floyd had everything else on Shane. Mosley didn't always utilize the skills he had, and he loved to brawl. Floyds fundamentals and ring generalship would always win the day over Mosley. Floyd was just a much smarter fighter.

Shane was totally shot when Floyd fought him. A younger shane is bigger , faster, stronger, longer reach. He's a true welter. He would have bombed Floyd out of there, no question.

Perhaps at Lightweight, then again Mosley's competition at 135 was hardly a line of killers. Then again Mayweather coulld fit harder, was more aggressive and threw more combos at the lighter weight. Mabye this aggressive Mayweather would play into Mosley's hands?

The Mosley who beat Oscar would win 3 rounds tops against Floyd at welter

All we can say is shame it never happend then. Mayweather never faced someone as good as him at their peak and Mosely at his peak would have beaten anyone Mayweather has but that's just imo. Mosely was a better foreward fighter than Castillo aswell imo. He also has better wins. I'm not listening to people over complicate it talking about who ducked who, making it all out like rocket science when they're probably a 15 year old no bouter. I could'nt give a **** about PBF or Pac. They're just too huge ego's **** them both.

At no point during his career could Shane beat Floyd. It's a styles match up nightmare for Shane. I do believe a younger Shane kos Manny ***iao though. See, easy.

Shane beat Floyd? Prime against Prime? I don't think so. One fighter has the Boxing IQ that ranks up there as one of the greatest of all time. The other? Not so much. 2 against one. Shane would rely on his physical abilities alone where as Floyd would rely on the physical and the mental.
