prime sweet pea vs cotto now

    who wins and why.. i thought about this and just think a prime sweet pea was to slick for cotto.... 12 ud for sweet pea .... thoughts anyone:thumbsup

    Pernell "Sweet Pea" Whitaker easily, this question shouldnt even hae been asked. yeah it was a reasonable question . in cotto you have a come forward brutal body puncher and pretty sharp with his punches and in sweet pea a masterful defensive fighter . interesting fight .... anyway be a fan not a moron .

    Pernell was brilliant against pressure fighters, was faster than Cotto and was a southpaw.

    He would Jab Cotto to death. I am not a moron assuming that you are talking to me. Nobody would think that Whittaker would not beat Cotto at 140 or 147.

    Cotto is not ready for this yet. Not even sure he is prime. Although, this is not Whitaker's best weight.

    Yes Cotto would lose this battle it would look similar too the Chavez vs Swea fight though I feel Cotto has better footwork/Jab than Chavez (less chin though it would'nt matter much against Swea) Quintana has a similar style to Swea Pea though? While I do favor Swea fights are to be fought and decided in the ring.....you never know what can happen in that box. But yes conventional thinking would have me lean towards Swea.
