Pac would give Tito hell. But he wouldn't win.

 

He didn't "defeat" a peak DLH, he lucked into a decision because of stupid strategy by DLH. Otherwise Oscar would've owned him over the last four rounds like he did in the previous eight.

You do realize Tito never lost at 147, Pacquiao's only fight at 147 has been against (you guessed it - a drained, shot to hell DLH).
