If Paul keeps getting tagged like with Quintana, he's going down in the mid rounds.

 

Williams is still improving, whether the current version could be a viable 147 pounder i do not know. He would give Tito hell but anyone who plants their feet in front of Tito puts themselves at serious risk, and i don't think Williams is fleet footed enough to prance around like Oscar did, there would be heavy exchanges.

Would be a good close fight, i'd have to lean towards the more proven Tito though, Paul Williams is still improving and i think we will look back on his career and 147 won't be considered his best weight.
