In the end I chose Tito by decision but it's a sketchy pick at best. Like I said, I'm not sure Tito could handle the lateral movement from Mosley if he decided to box.
But Forrest is the better technician and Shane was clearly hurt by the head clash not long before the knockdowns...does not take away from their legitimacy though. Shane really was never hurt like that again. If a punch like that lands from Tito he could have Mosley in big trouble but I think his ability to consistently do this isnt quite as good as Forrest's.
Well he doesn't exactly like to trade. Shane prefers to clinch rather than trade. What he does though is at his best he was good at firing off lighting fast combiantions, such a thing might get him caught a few times by a prime Tito who was a very powerful counterpuncher. Though he did show the ability to box a full 12 rounds in the De La Hoya fight which was of course his best victory to date. So I'm still skeptical about the outcome. By the way, not sure how many of you rememeber this, but Tito and Shane were once considered to be the best fighters p4p in the sport. Some thought Tito was the best, some thought Shane was. Personally, I had Tito over Mosley.:good Of course then they both got their asses beat, Shane by Forrest, and Tito by Hopkins, and Roy Jones then became #1 p4p again.
Mosley on points. Too quick, too mobile, also hits hard enough to put tito on the ground, I cant give Tito anything more than a punchers chance. Mosley UD.
Wow, how these clowns just give Tito a "punchers" chance as if he was a bum at those weights. He was better than mosley at 147, 154 especially. He would win by UD or late stoppage.
