You talk a load of shite and unfortunately for you you are not the sharpest tool in the box and cannot even argue yourself out of the corner.

also after looking back all i did was express my opinion on pavlik, and then gettin people on my back for a slight punctuation error which was put right immediately, then somebody says im 'not the sharpest tool in the shed' to quote directly and then im told im disrespecting people when i was being disrespected!

you're disrespecting them because you're insecure and don't know how else to respond.

if anyone disagrees with any of my posts i'll respond to it so long as it's objective. check it.

if someone said that then ignore that. just respond to people who have something to say.

but it wasn't me who said it and you still haven't backed anything up.

When you call people like Pavlik and Taylor "rubbish" a lot of posters are going to jump your ass for it, because it shows a fundamental lack of boxing knowledge. A couple of your current opponents are a LONG WAYS from being Pavlik or Taylor apologists! They're just fans who know boxing.

The best way to get along in this forum is to realize that many members have boxed amature and professional, and that literally 100's of us have been fans since God was in knickers. This is the best boxing forum on the net. I've been a fan since Sonny Liston was the most feared man in the game, and even I learn something new here at least once or twice a week. Settle down and learn a few things, and don't start off by calling two of the most popular fighters in the world today "rubbish." That gets you nowhere!

I agree, I think that Hagler was a little past his best when they fought, but Hearns wasn't interested in just outboxing the man he tried to take him out in the first round, and that plus a broken hand was Tommy's down fall.

This is actually the one place where I think tommy and Kelly have something in common. Tommy Hearns could rarely resist a war, and I don't think Pavlik can either. With certain fighters it's just what they do when instinct over-rides training and common-sense! It's what they WANT to do!

Hearns chin wasn't horrible, it's not like he couldn't take a punch. Remember his second fight with Barkely? That was one of the most brutal fights I have ever seen, and Hearns managed to go 12 rounds with Barkley taking hit after hit. The thing about Pavlik is that he's not a sluggler like Barkley. Hearns does have a weakness when opponents get to close to him, Pavlik isn't like that he likes to box on the outside than press forward opponent. Hearns is also a boxer/puncher as well but a better one, with a different style. Hearns would most likely KO or UD Pavlik. I would say in terms of power their about equal. Some people forget that Hearns can bomb too, Pavilk will be eating left jabs and straight rights. If Taylor can knock down Pavlik, Hearns will KO him because Hearns has better power then Taylor.
