Prime Tommy Hearns @ 160 vs Pavlik. Who wins?

Iran Barkley KO'd a supposedly prime Hearns, and you think that Pavlik isn't in his league?

 

A prime Hearns? Don't be so ridiculous. It was an upset but Hearns had been in too many wars.
Plus you forget that Barkley landed a once in a lifetime punch, he was being destroyed up to the ko.

 

Hearns was better at 147 and 154, but stillclose to his prime for some of his MW fights.

Hearns was taken out in 3 by Hagler in a fight where his legs were rubbery by the end of the first (I don't listen to Manny's massage stories), hurt by Roldan in 1987, and taken out in 3 by Iran Barkley in 1988.

Pavlik is also a very big middleweight.

Pavlik is a live underdog even though Hearns is miles more accomplished and a greater/better overall fighter.

 

So you agree that it is reasonable to state that Hearns was past his prime at 160?

 

Pavlik has more ring intelligence? How can you say that? :roll:

Pavlik is a one dimensional move forward fighter while Hearns can be a counter puncher, a slugger or a boxer. Hearns also has a more fast and established jab than Pavlik and . . . speed? Hearns should still get the advantage.
