Prime Tony Ayala vs Prime Vargas

I mean yey hed definatly be the favorite but Vargas is a live underdog and id take vargas at 2 1/2 to 1 underdog(which hed probably be) im sorry even though terry is faster and better skilled, I think Vargas was underrated as a boxer and he was quick himself. Not as fast as terry but quick enough to not be outclassed,and definatly tuffer than terry. If they got in a ******* id take Vargas. Terry would win if he boxed smart and didnt get careless,but i get the feeling at one time or another terry would get over anxious and run into trouble. Vargas chin wasnt the best but it was better than Norris's ,Vargas took what tito had for 12 and gave tito alot back in return, also beat quartey convincingly, and beat winky(everyone says winky was robbed:roll but he kicked back at the end and let vargas take it from him in the championship rounds I had it a draw. Regardless thats got to count for something and those credentials alone are enough to tell anyone that he wouldnt be outclassed hear hes in this fight and would have at least a 50/50 chance to spring an upset ko here.

 

Nando was an impressive physical specimen but when it came to fighting well, lets just say he was average and average will never cut it against someone like Tony

Vargas would have zero chance against a prime Tony Ayala. Ayala was a mad man in the ring, truly awesome.

 

Hard fight to pick. I would say Fernando. He fought better guys and he would probably win a late round knockout. Ayala was good ,but Fernando did fight better guys and I think had better skills.

 

If Vargas loses he'd better not get knocked out ass up I'll tell you that. :yep

 

Tony never made past hte prospect stage. He never fought the best of his time because of his crimes. based on what I've seen and know about boxing, I'd have to go with Vargas.

 

Fernando would get FUBAR. Vargas would undoubtedly think he could bang with Tony and that would be a grave mistake.

 

if tony kept developing at the pace he was progressing at, he would ko vargas in a brutal fight. it is true that tony never got a chance to face the monsters of his day but he was a true destructive force in the ring and i never saw a hint of weakness in him. i met tony in a social setting and i got the vibe of a real sociopath. he enjoyed inflicting pain and felt no remorse. fernandos whole macho persona would undoubtedly be his downfall as tony would spit in his face if he had to in order to get him to mix it up. once that happened, tony would hammer him into the canvas. tony was the authentic badass that fernando always tried to be.
