    fo sho. pacman is one tough sob, but few atg welters could survive titos onslaught I'm not sure if pacman could. prime oscar too would match manny in speed and be the bigger puncher of the 2

    Im a fan of both but this would be murder...i can see the philipino people crying...trust me manny wouldnt even knock tito down and when he opened up he would eat left hooks till they stopped the fight...tito at any weight can still pull that trigger
