Prime Trinidad vs Prime Mosley

Trinidad. Mosley doesn't stick and move behind a jab. He fights. Bad move against Tito, who is bigger, hits harder, and throws very accurate/precise power punches.

 

Mosley was NOT easy to hit in his prime and had godly speed, honestly, this would be a toss up.

 

Tito by late stoppage.



Well that's IF Mosley doesn't ''run'' as soon as he feels Tito's power.:yep

 

Mosley has a great chin, But Forrest was able to hurt Mosley to the head and body.

Tito was a more powerful fighter and greater body puncher then Forrest ever was.

 

Mosley is an iron chinned hero. Is Tito?:yep

 

Well Tito has only been stopped once and that was at MW against the great Hopkins.


If Mosley had ever gone to MW he wouldn't even last 7 rounds against a prime Hopkins.:yep

 

Mosley and by KO imo.

 

This is the type of fight that really matters heavily on what times in their careers they fight. Early in the careers, lets say both at 22 or 23, I would pick Mosley, based on his speed, aggression and getting off first. Plus Trindad hadnt truly discovered his power just yet. Prime for Prime, Tito has a better chance, but I would still favor Mosley with his long arms and honestly, incredible hand and foot speed. Outside of a tremendous left hook, I think shane would win that fight. I know forrest is considered a weaker puncher than Shane, but I think the headbutt in the first fight had a lot to do with the KD. Now as the fighter have Aged, I would probably take Tito that fought Mayorga over the Mosley who fought Mayweather, Even though thats still a big age disparity. But for Head to Head sake, meaning prime for prime, Mosley UD Trinidad.

 

Trinidad boxes the **** out of Mosley then TKO him late, people forget how great of a boxer he was and only think of his KO's, Trinidad only lost to big fighters, he had no business fighting anyway, Mosley has always been a flawed fighter and a blown up 135'er

Tough one but going with Mosley. Mosley in his prime beat Oscar who schooled Tito. Styles make fights obviously but Mosley boxed well vs. Oscar. That Mosley would have defeated the Trinidad that Oscar fought.

 

i like shane by ud 8 rounds to 4. mosley can do more things and more versitile. trinidad is good and fun to watch but he honestly gets a little more credit than he deserves on this site.

 

i think mosley wouldve landed his right hand too often. it would've hurt. i like trinindad as a fighter but i gotta give it to mosely
